HUB has made arrangements to provide airfare, round-trip transfers (if travelling on group dates) between Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and Cancún International Airport (CUN),  accommodation inclusive of taxes, group activities and all meal functions as described in the program agenda. All gratuities in conjunction with planned group functions and services have been covered.

The hotel will maintain an incidental account to cover your personal expenses that are not included in this Conference. A credit card imprint will be required upon checking-in to guarantee your incidentals.

Wireless Internet access and high-speed Internet access will be available to you at no extra charge. The resort is pleased to offer FREE long distance phone calls to Canada and the United States using their telephones.

It may be possible for you to extend your stay by utilizing the HUB Financial group rate. These rates are based on availability. If you wish to inquire about an extension, please contact Joan Lesyk at [email protected] with the dates you would like to extend. As a reminder, additional nights and transfers between the hotel and airport outside of the normal conference dates are at your expense.

If you have booked your flights but can no longer attend the Conference, the total reimbursement amount is to be returned to HUB Financial. The airline tickets remain your property. It is recommended that you purchase cancellation insurance.

If your flight requires a layover, HUB Financial will be happy to provide an allowance of $300 CAD. Hotel costs in excess of the allowance are your responsibility. Please send a copy of your hotel booking to [email protected] for reimbursement.

Please note that smoking/vaping is not permitted in hotel rooms or balconies or restaurants. Smoking/vaping is permitted on common open air areas where ashtrays are located throughout the property. 

It is strongly recommended that you purchase cancellation insurance. If, due to health and safety concerns, the conference is cancelled, you will need to cancel your flight and return the reimbursement amount to HUB. The airline ticket remains your property.

Casual
Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men.

Business Casual
Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.

Beach Casual
Swim trunks, bathing suits and flip-flops accepted.

Formal
Men: long pants and collared shirts; dress shoes. Women: blouses, skirts, slacks or dresses; dress shoes.

Daytime Casual
Bathing suit cover-ups or shorts and tops and sandals required.

Pool Casual
Bathing suits allowed. Cover-up and sandals (or flip flops) preferred.
