What's included?›
HUB will reimburse your flight or mileage up to your city's maximum travel allowance.
Your accommodation at the Sun Peaks Grand, and all agenda items with the group are covered by HUB for the duration of the event.
The hotel will maintain an incidental account to cover your personal expenses that are not included in this Conference. A credit card imprint will be required upon checking-in to guarantee your incidentals.
Can I extend my stay before or after the event?›
It may be possible for you to extend your stay before/after the event using our HUB rate. These rates are based on availability.
If you wish to inquire about an extension, please contact [email protected] with the dates you would like to extend. As a reminder, additional nights outside of the normal conference dates are at your expense.
What if I need to cancel or can't attend?›
If you have booked your flights but can no longer attend the event, the total reimbursement amount is to be returned to HUB Financial. The airline tickets remain your property. It is recommended that you purchase cancellation insurance.
Which airport should I fly into?›
Please book your flight into Kamloops Airport (YKA).
Can I drive instead of fly?›
If you prefer to drive, HUB will reimburse your mileage up to the same maximum allowance as your city's flight allowance listed above.
Simply submit your mileage to [email protected] for reimbursement.
How is mileage calculated?›
Mileage is reimbursed at the CRA rate of $0.73/km, based on your roundtrip distance, up to your city's maximum travel allowance listed above.
Simply take a screenshot of your route on Google Maps showing the total kilometers, and submit it to [email protected] for reimbursement.
How do I get from the airport to Sun Peaks?›
HUB has arranged shuttle transportation between Kamloops Airport (YKA) and the Sun Peaks Grand, covering both your arrival and departure. Once your flight is booked, please send us your itinerary so we can schedule your pickup.
