As you may already be aware, APEXA is an industry leading online solution for the life insurance advisor on the contracting process. It is a result of industry collaboration with the focus of simplifying the contracting and compliance process for the advisor with a 'one stop shop' for data that the advisor updates and all of their affiliated parties can draw from.
When you complete the final step (the APEXA Profile Wizard) please ensure you have the following items to complete your APEXA profile:
- Your address history for the last 5 years
- Digital copy of your E&O coverage policy
- Digital copy of your provincial licence(s) - please note when an image of the licence is not available a screen shot from the provincial website should suffice
- Information about the insurance carriers you have worked for in the past, including at least one selling code for one of the 5 carriers that are currently on APEXA (Manulife, Canada Life, Sun Life, Empire, or Industrial Alliance)
- Digital copy of your banking information (void cheque)

Did You Know?
More carriers are slated to join APEXA. As carriers that you are currently contracted with join APEXA, you will receive an additional communication from [email protected] that will ask you to confirm these contracts should be added to your profile.
